On 01.04.2025 I attempted to purchase a game pack. A message came up on the game, saying there was an error and I had not been charged. However, I was sent an invoice from Paypal and £12.49 was deducted from my account without having received the items I paid for. I reported the problem to G5 support, who said they had passed the details to their Technical Team who were looking into it. On 13.04.2025 I asked for a refund as they had not resolved the issue. I was sent an email that said their game logs showed the items had been credited to my account. This is just not true! I replied to this effect and asked to speak to the manager, but having read the reviews for the site, I think they will continue to fob me off and say I have received the items Resolution Sought I would like a refund of £12.49

Today I received compensation for another issue, which i didn't report, where I had entered a contest but not received the prize. The company credited my account for not receiving the prize, but still insists that their game logs show that the disputed games pack that I raised the complaint about was correctly credited to my account, which is wasn't. I still wish to pursue a refund for the £12.49 detailed in my complaint.
