Treat their customers better, especially when the customer has already paid and is waiting on product.

We placed an order and it took too long, over an hour. My son called to check on status, he was told, "what do you want us to do?" I called the manager and the same thing, a rude man kept saying "what do you want me do? I asked for answers, I kept getting called "honey, what do you want me to do." I explained why we had not received our order, all I kept getting were rude comments. It was and hour and a half, delivery finally arrives, I told the delivery person that I had already cancelled order. I work in customer service and the time of service received was very disrespectful. This business does not know the correct answer is to meet the customer needs, the manager made no effort but chose to act in a disrespectful way. I did get my money reimbursed but feel that they need to be reported for how they treat a customer. I've ordered from them plenty if times as he's a fellow Hispanic, but I will no longer help him as being a customer.
