On November 25, 2023, I ordered compression sleeves on line from COMPRESSA. The process was easy until I got to the payment. It suggested I looked at free prizes. I did go to that website and couldn't get out unless I ordered a prize. I ordered a flashlight. The compression sleeves came in the mail in a timely fashion and I love them. The problem is I was billed for the next six months for $19.97. I initially thought maybe I had not completed my payment for the compression sleeves. I found out later I was being billed for Web TV. The AAA bill listed it in CompressA. This Process was confusing, misrepresented and fraudulent. If I had seen web TV on my credit card, I would've canceled immediately. I called both numbers listed on my AAA BILL (800-769-1184 and 800-349-8185 Web TV). Only Web TV called back. I spoke with a very nice Web TV lady on May 24. I then spoke with JOV, a manager from web TV on June 1. They credited me for three months ($59.91). I let them know that I never signed up for any web TV program. They said by getting the free prize, I had signed up for a free month of web TV. They said I could cancel it anytime. ( I did finally cancel in June. They sent me an email indicating the cancellation). I never saw any of this, and never received any communication in this regard. I feel strongly that this co Marketing by CompressA and Web TV was very confusing, misrepresenting the product I initially wanted to get and fraudulent in many ways. Thank you. Resolution Sought I would like CompressA or WebTV to credit me the other $ 59.91 ( $19.97 for 3 months) I had paid. Also, I would like BBB to discuss with them how scammy and fraudulent this came across ( was) to me and my wife. I also found out that the Web TV phone number (800-349-8185) is in the Philippines.
