We called ordered 588.23 of propane...set check on tank so when guy puts gas in tank his payment is there...this happened on 10/12/23..guys puts too much propane in tanks comes to house asks for 764.93..we had check made out for the amount we asked for..they made mistake..he left ..we called Gaile's immediately...no response...now it's January 25. We receive a letter stating we owe a balance...I call them again they say they will call back..they don't..I call a few days later...and they say there is no one for me to talk to..that I can make payments on the balance...if I ask for a certain amount...and I pay that amount I don't owe you money..just because your employee make a mistake.. does not mean me as the customer should pay I did my part of contract Gail's didn't Resolution Sought We should not have to pay them any money. Its there error they should have to eat expense..I have been a customer for 20 years ..this is horrible business.
