I had a roof put on my house March 2022, we had a storm come through September 2022, upon my arrival to my home, I noticed my ceilings were wet, it was a line from my garage to the interior of inside of my home, I reported the issue to the company on 9/22/22, someone was supposed to call me, no one did, I called back on 9/26/22, spoke with Tina, explained my issue, she tells me that I should file insurance claim, I told her no, because this is on the company, she called back & sent a Spanish speaking person out on 10/11/23 not sure what he did, he got on my roof, left, came back got on the roof & left again, I called Tina 10/12/22 at 10:40 am for report, she tells me her system is down, call back tomorrow, extremely rude. Resolution Sought I'd just like to have the roof corrected and my wet ceilings repaired, because one spot is around a fire detector & one is around a light fixture that buzzes if powered on.

Roofing project - agreed contract price was $7550. during project no English speaking individual onsite - the men onsite proceeded to tear off flat roof completely removing all facia and trim when I tried to speak with them no one could speak to me. had to contact company to get my representative and GM onsite to tell me what was going on and why tearing out good wood. They said it was to meet code, and not that the wood was rotten. no change of work order done. they just did this without my consent before anyone there to tell me or ask. then proceeded to charge me an extra $2325 for the wood and work. then they installed all facia and trim upside down and in the wrong place using my facia - not providing new facia even for this price, unfair practices and unwilling to negotiate anything, taking advantage of their customers. Resolution Sought Do not charge me for this balance or give refund if this isn't rectified in a timely manner and IF I have already paid the extra cash due to timeline and due date of bill.
