towed in my 2019 Pacifica for repairs my car was not starting i let lisa from repairs know what problems that the car was giving me shaking,engine light on loosing fluids and to have the tech check it out. she stated the tech found no problems with car besides corrosion by battery it cost $291 for repairs. after i picked it up i called back to service letting her know the car feels the same shaking and check engine light is still on she stated the need to look at it again. following day same problem car had no start i got the car towed back up there. The following day she called stated it was the starter but not in stock for 6 days i got her a OEM dealer part i paid for $366 and the service charged me $450 for labor i took the part to service for repair next moring they said we put the starter in but its not the starter its the fuze box that they need to change that cost another $124 and they still say they see no other problems. few hrs later i picked up the car and 3 hrs after that car did not start same problems it was having. had it towed to chrysler dealer around the area i was in. The dealer is saying I denied repairs to get fully checked but i been telling them about the problems it was having from day one it was in there and they keep saying nothing is wrong with it. the following day i had the old starter they said was bad i had it checked out and its still a good starter . whatever they did did not fix the problem i do not believe they even did a full check . Resolution Sought i would like the bussiness to be honest with there customers and josh and lisa are not honest at all. i paid for repairs that did not fix the issue at all but made it worse. I kept telling them the problems i was having and they kept saying nothing is wrong with it. i would like the money i paid on the part i bought and the labor and for the other things they said was wrong with it charging me 291 to clean around battery and still have same problems. guessing on my expense
