I bought a supposably ' refurbished " ps4slim from GameStop. It was never refunded. It was so dirty inside that it took me day's to just clean the dirt and dead roaches out of it. Then it wouldn't read any disk's. I updated it and now it when you put a disk in it ejects it or says can't read disk. I have tried 8 different games and it wouldn't read any of them. It's going to cost more to replace everything that's not working then buying another one. I want my money back or a actual working PS4. I paid for something that was supposed to be fixed and working like new when it was totally defective. Resolution Sought I want my money back or a replacement PS4. I paid for something that is supposed to be fixed and working like new and it's been nothing but broken and a headache.

GameStop in Moline , IL - 3 times ive driven out of my way to the store during business hours. Lights are on open sign is lit and the store is locked for lunch break. No listed lunch break closures but no choice other than wait the 30 minutes or leave and come back. Different times each day as well. Resolution Sought Let me know when this issue has been corrected.
