I spent $1450 on tickets for a game. My tickets were not labeled correctly as club seats and therefore we were not allowed in the club section. After getting security involved and thanks to a kind man in a suit, we were finally allowed to our seats. Gametime was only willing to give us a $150 credit, which is just not acceptable. This deserves reporting, not a happy consumer! Resolution Sought Refund, not a credit of $150
