I bought a car from tricolor auto in September of 2020. I am a single mother working with only one car that I bought. At the time I bought this car, I was told the car was in great condition. A few weeks later driving the car I noticed an electrical problem that would turn my radio on and off, lock my steering wheel and Flash all service lights. It will lock my key in the ignition and not turn on. I called the auto center and let them know what was going on. He explained to me that I will need to take my car miles away to a different city to get it looked at and leave it there for approximately a few days. Throughout the year I had my car I've called many times to have it fixed with no response back. Now they finally answer my calls and now do not want to fix my car I explained to them my steering wheel locks while I'm driving many times everyday. This affects how I control the car with my child in. I'm lucky to not have been in a car accident yet. All I ask and waited for it's for them to help me fix this issue that this vehicle has had before given to me. I am still a single mother trying to survive with this car that has so many issues since I've bought the car. I feel they have given me a broken car and expect me too just be okay with a non reliable vehicle. Resolution Sought I would just like this company to fix my vehicle or provide me with a vehicle that is reliable and safe I have no problem paying for my vehicle but this issue is wrong. They have not try to help me, since I've had this vehicle. I've already had so much more issues with this company then I should have. I would never buy a car again or recommend anyone to this place. The customer service is horrible their cars are unreliable.
