G&D Lock and Key complaints

I have had a bad experience that has cost me time. Money & the use of my car. I'm missing work. I asked G & D Locksmith to make me keys for my 2016 Chevy Malibu 3 months ago. My car keys were fobs & had been stolen off my kitchen counter. G & D charged me $495. He explained that I needed to give him a copy of my title & drivers license, which I did. He said he would charge me 50 for a code he had to get from the dealership where I bought the car. He came out to where I lived, gave me 2 keys one was a fob & one wasn't. I paid him. It was like 2 months later and the same guy stild them again. I remembered that G & D had said while he was sitting in my car that if I lost my keys again, there would be no extra cost for the code he needed, because he already had it. When I had them stolen again, like I said I called G & D, again. he said he couldn't find anything with my name on it he couldn't find a copy of my bill. He did charge me, again for the code he needed. The dealership said that they had not been contacted by anyone regarding the keys for me car. He charged me $80. For the code he was required to keep on file and was dishonest. My car was running well when the keys were taken again he charged me $495 and the next time it was $360. for the exact thing. Except, I was still paying for the code he should of had. I had taken the starter relay from the fuse box and forgot I had done so and the locksmith programmed the car. Resolution Sought I wasn't there he left the key with my neighbor & said I had to drive back to Ephrata & pay him, drive back again to get the keys from the neighbor. I did. My car didn't start. When u called G&D to complain he said he had not tried to start the car & said his job ends when the programmer said programmed. He asked me what I had done to sabotage the car & said too bad, "I tried gotta go". I called again & explained I hadn't I put the switch back in & he said that was why it didn't program.
