I had a tech come out to inspect my air conditioning. I have a warranty company that was covering part of the repair. I paid $100.00 for the service call. The tech never gave me a date or time for repair and told me he did not know. Then after contacting my warranty company about the issue he then replied to my text saying 6/26/2023 late he would be there to fix my air conditioning. He did not show has failed to respond to me, as well as my warranty company. The $100.00 was non-refundable, but to accept the $100.00 and fail to communicate with your customer is horrible customer service. Plus to change $100.00 with knowing your not going to fix the unit is sad. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my $100.00 payment returned.
