Company didn't fix the problem last time they charged me for new sensors when that wasn't problem! I told the installer what the problem was didn't fix it. I don't use this garage door and use it after Couple of months still was having the same problem! They would come out to repair it again for free when they didn't fix it the first time! They are thefts! Resolution Sought Come and fix what they should of done the first time! And have the owners call and apologize!

We have had several conversations with Mr. Adair regarding the condition of his door and the associated parts. During our last visit our technician took time to explain why his door was having the issues it was. Mr. Adair disagreed, but the service we provided did in fact repair his door. Months later he calls to state his door is not working. The opener system is 20+ years old among with other things. We explained that his warranty period is up but that we can come back out and take a look and provide a quote to get him back up and running. We offered to come out the next day sending the technician who was previously there and he refused the appointment. We then scheduled him with another technician during their first available opening, even as Mr. Adair was hostile to our office staff we attempted to accommodate him. In the time between the last phone call and his upcoming appointment, Mr. Adair has made threats that if he doesn't get his way that he "will stick it to our business". At this time, due to the extremely hostile and volatile behavior Mr. Adair has displayed with our staff we are choosing to no longer service this home. We believe in treating every door as if it was our own, but we do not believe in doing business with individuals who can not remain respectful in their interactions with our team.

Because i filled a complaint they canceled the service call that a Manager made for me! I was told they would come out and fix the problem on Wednesday morning. Then i received a text message that the appointment was canceled; no information why it was canceled! Then i received the complaint email back. I was angry at the employee didn't get customer service. i asked to speak with manager. Talked to manager later that day; she said everything was fine and they would be coming out! I never cussed at employee like she said i did! I had the phone call recorded because of this cr*p she said I also asked to speak with owner of company no response!
