Customer Complaint

3/15/2021

They were out on 3/12/21 to fix a garage door that was "hitting" and bouncing back. They adjusted one rail, and though it was "rubbing" on one side, it did open and close. Today, 3/14/21, it is NOT closing and I've had to call another contractor to inspect it. The company rep told me that the doors are not installed correctly and he can not do any more to help. Resolution Sought Refund of $200.00
