We bought(Oct. 21, 2021) a new full size bed(smaller then our queen) so my husband could manuver his durable medical equipment in our bedroom, he recently has been diagnosed with the dreaded ALS. We slept on it the first night and it was awful. We kept rolling to the middle and the edge was so high on my sideI had to throw my leg over to get out, not easy for a 70 year old! Called Gardner Whie sent out a tech who totally disregarded our assessment. Said it was the foundation after many discussions they sent out a new foundation.slept on it one night, same problem-surprise? A said they had to wait 30 days to send out tech again to assess new foundation-ugh! We have not slept in our $1000.00 bed but Two -2 nights...borders on abuse of handicapped customer. Please help this company to be respectful and responsible for their products. Resolution Sought Full refund with no additional restocking or return fees. Not our fault their product was faulty. This has been difficult to say the least having to deal with this new ALS diagnosis as well as folks who disregard every common decency towards customers.
