I purchased a car from Gary Rome Hyundai in January. Since then my car has had multiple check engine lights. I spent close to $700 in repairs. I've been to the holiday repair shop on multiple occasions and this car is brand new! I need you to put me in contact with your corporation so I can get rid of this car. This vehicle has been nothing but a burden to me and it seems like nobody cares I'm tired of going to the repair shop and not getting any results. I need your help thank you. Resolution Sought I want Hyundai to buy their car back. I've consistently made payments automatically for a car that has been nothing but a problem to me and has cost me more money to keep. I just want a different car.

Company states; In response to Mr. Shikir's concerns we here at Gary Rome Hyundai are not responsible for any financial compensation. The customer is looking to have the vehicle bought back form him. This would fall on the manufacturer not the retail dealer. Mr. Shikir has not had any repair work done in our dealership, so we are not even aware of the concerns the customer speaks of. His best path to resolution to his concerns is to reach out to the servicing dealer or the Hyundai consumer affairs department. Respectfully, Kevin - General Manager

I contacted the corporation I was told that the first step was to inform Gary Rome Hyundai. Now the manager of the dealership is claiming that it's not their responsibility? It's obvious that customer service isn't a priority for Gary Rome Hyundai. I've been in contact with the corporation conforming that any issue should start with the dealership so therefore I'm not satisfied with the response I keep getting the runaround.
