I hired this architect and paid him $23,320, Balance 7543.00, $1000.00 paid for moving ahead with zoning attorney. I haven't gotten anything to show for all this money, and I have to start paying for a different architect to get this done. Resolution Sought Total refund because he wants another $29,000 to complete the job.
