PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES BELOW: His Wife. Gary I have left you messages on text and voice mail  last week and got no response from you. I have been more than patienr but All Brite Pools AND Gary Weaver LLC 19813 S. Quail Ridge Rd. Belton, MO 64012 (816) 454-2206 (816) 916-0606 Gary Weaver Owner & (Lucinda L. Weaver) you have had my money and cashed it 3 months ago and have not done anything maybe this is what you do in life to get ahead but I am a Child of God and I do not have the time to keep going to court filing charges on you people who will not do the right thing in life to get my money back I'm done I will see you there. You cost me over 3000.00 memorial day weekend taking care of my son and his soldiers because you promised  the pool would be ready and again this past week and I could have gone out of town for my 72nd birthday but was still waiting for you to come over and  take care of a contract job that we both agreed on. I want my 1250.00 back that you took from me 3 months ago and I want it in 48 hours or I can get it in court and more for you not returning my calls , texting and being dishonest ...I  have talked to about 10 people who have had the same issue with you .  Resolution Sought Give my MONEY BACK

Company states: The customer has already received my check. But, she called my bank and she told me that they never heard of my company. I do have account with the bank and I've been with the same bank for over 5 years. The check is good, the money is in my account. I don't know what else to explain to this customer, but I did send her a refund of $1250.00. Prior to mailing a check I offered to bring her cash, but she said she would just contact her lawyer.
