Customer Complaint

The hot tub was delivered yesterday July 23. The delivery team dropped the tub getting it off the truck. The tub won't heat up and it showing error codes. I asked the company to send someone out to fix it and they refused. The sales person sent me texg messages how to take the pump apart. Im not mechanical and I am disabled. I paid cash and in full. They are not fixing the tub and told me to take it up with corporate. Corporate won't answer the phone. The tub does not work and I want to return it and get my money back. Resolution Sought I want to return the tub and get my money back. I asked them to send out someone to fix it and they refused, therefore I want to return it.
