I had mechanical work done on the 2001 Dodge Ram. Front wheel bearing suspension, ball joints, universal joint, totaling $657.08. Mechanic told me it was done and told me to go ahead and pull it out, Mechanic did not take my truck for a test ride before releasing a safe vehicle to me. Within a mile the entire wheel was torn from me truck and was attached by only the brake line when I brought me truck to a complete stop. Police was on scene, tow truck took it back to the shop to see what happened and fix it. Advance Auto Area Sale Manager was there when the truck & I returned to the shop, They both said it was a defective part. Next day I woke up in pain and went to hospital to get check, I was diagnosed with medical injuries due to the accident, I reached out to the owner because medical bills are accumulating, no reply and I feel BBB was my next step to resolve this matter before I obtain legal counsel. Resolution Sought pay these bills and prepare for legal actions to be initiated due to the non response/bad faith actions
