To start off my experience with this dealership has been anything but good. I bought my truck in January of 2021. When I purchased the truck I was told it passed Wisconsin's strict inspection and everything passed. I asked about the inspection I was told the ENTIRE vehicle checked out good. Only a couple months later I ended up replacing the shocks struts driver side axle ( two times now) all 4 tires and let them know my air conditioning was broken. I received the money from the repairs however they said they'd fix my air conditioning on the truck. We emailed a couple times back and forth. When my first date was mentioned to bring it in it was rejected. I emailed again maybe two or three times and got no response. This took place a few months back. Now it's winter and I don't need my ac but it was also never fixed as promised. Due to the unprofessional behavior of Gates Auto in Columbus WI and their inability to resolve customer issues I want them to pay off the loan and give me ALL the money back I spent on the truck and they can have it back WITHOUT it being a repossession. Further more they had the truck tagged at $19,995 and when I went to buy it I ended up financing over $27,000. They then told me the $19,995 was ONLY if i paid cash for the vehicle so they raised the price of the vehicle because I financed it. Resolution Sought I want them to buy back the truck and give me ALL my money back I put out on the down payment and payments of the vehicle. I put 1,500 down plus 6 payments of $800 one payment of $900 one payment of $287.48 and one payment of $59.35. I'll be sending another $800 payment out in the next couple weeks to total $8,346.43.
