I ordered a Gateway laptop online from Walmart on March 19, 2022. I received it on March 21, 2022. I have only used it a few times. I used it on May 24th and it was fine. I went to use it on May25th and it wouldn't come on. On May 26th, I contacted Gateway and explained what was happening. They walked me through some steps to reboot it and it worked. But after I turned it off, I wasn't able to get it to work again. I called Gateway back, they tried to walk me through the steps again but it didn't work. Since then, I have been given the runaround. I've spoken to at least 7 different people and nothing. They asked for the receipt, which I have sent them. I explained to them that I work from home and need my laptop for my job, still no resolution. Finally, Today, They tell me to mail it back to them and I might have it back in 2 weeks because they're going to try to repair it, if not l, they will replace it. In the meantime, I don't have a laptop for my job. I am asking for the cost of my laptop($245) and for the week's pay I have lost. $15/hr x 8 hrs for 4 days). I have house and car payment to pay, not including my other expenses. They're telling me that I won't have a laptop for at least another 2 weeks. Resolution Sought I would like for them to refund my money for the laptop and pay for lost wages.

My Gateway laptop pixels went out after going round with emails and pictures they say it's physical but there is no physical damage to the unit. They will not stand behind there product. Resolution Sought Laptop replacement.
