Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Consumer states; My car was wrongfully repossessed. Gateway Financial located in Michigan wrongfully placed my car up for repossession after I talked to someone to make payment arrangements. My account supervisor Lori did not look through the account notes and went ahead and placed the repossession on my car. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I lost a full day of work due to it and I had to find a ride to pick up my car a half hour away from my house. I would like my claim to be reviewed.

I was sold a car that that was junked and was charging 22,000 and everything is going wrong and the financing company was a fought too because they didn't inspect the car. It is a lemon. Resolution Sought I would like the business to finance my car lower and the financing company. A lawsuit I would like.
