Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I am being retaliated against and intimidation tactics are being in order to try to push me out of my dwelling bc they think I caused maintenance family that lived here to get charges of beating up gf who wasn't suppose to be here anyway, I was given lease violation for taking pic of parking lot qnd a vehicle in it. They called it UNLAWFUL CONDUCT,I was given 5 violations on j.26th 23 I was given one for cussing out a police officer yet nobody including the chief could find any such action on me, I had also a yr ago informed another member of mgt. Not here anymore that my hvac unit had black cotton substance blowing out of my bedroom vent when it cut on I ask if I could close it off bc it was all over my person's and my bed I was told it would be fine now a year later at lease renewing time I was given another violation for defacing property for covering the vent, I was given another same day for disorderly conduct, in which I haven't a clue what she's referring to at all but my security camera records my activities as well as others outside, I was given yet another one for treating owner or agent for txn maintenance complaining about what I thought may be a freon or carbon monoxide leak I have copy of the tx. No threats and my life n families life should not be considered harassment, we were falling asleep and smelling a light sweet chemical smell for mths til I sd im calls environmental, I'm running out of room but the list goes on, being forced out Resolution Sought Either let me live in peace until I find somewhere to move or they can pay for my move and I will go they have violated my 5th ammendment right .. I think 5th for taking pic of surroundings, from the st. Regional mgt. Txd me at 1030 pm and sd STOP!!!! THATS quite intimidating when this is a elderly and handicapped disabled apt. This has taken a tremendous toll on my mental health as that's my disability, they are causing me to have med. Adjustments and the late nite tx causes paranoia
