Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

On my annual escrow account disclosure statement, under the column actual payments to escrow, 4 of the month's show no payments, even though I paid my mortgage every month. Two of the months show a double posting, but that still leaves 2 months showing no payments being credited to my escrow. I feel another $511 should be credited to my escrow. Resolution Sought I would like to be credited for "all" my escrow payments. And I would like in the future to see proper postings in the months I may my payment. Even if it claimed that the December payment was not yet received I don't feel it is proper to calculate future payments by not accounting for all of my 2021 payments. They would be collecting interest on my overpayment through all of the coming year. I've spoken to 2 representatives of the company, and they were polite but were no help.
