Gateway has been dishonest and played the Bate & Switch tactic over a vehicle that I assisted my granddaughter in purchasing. I want a full refund on the vehicle and the extended warranty so she can go elsewhere and make a better purchase. I want every dime they were given. The vehicle they rooked her in is a road hazard and they don't want to be responsible for making this right. They won't return calls they will lie and say they are out of the office and when my daughter calls she can speak right to them without hesitation. They are crooks and took advantage of an elderly woman and a young adult. I asked for a vehicle swap and everytime they want MORE Money this is bait and switch. Resolution Sought I want Gateway to issue a full refund for the money I paid for the vehicle and the money paid for the extended warranty that they didn't purchase until 45 days after the car was sold to me and my granddaughter. I don't want any deductions from the refund I want full dollar!
