I bought a BMW X2 about 5.5 months ago. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it came with lifetime warranty. I've had nothing but trouble with the vehicle I called about warranty and they said the warranty was void because over the mileage. I argued I was told it was lifetime I never received any copies of the paperwork signed at purchase. I've had to replace rotars, brakes, now there is a major electrical issue. The car is broke down they won't help find the problem I've had to reach for another mechanic and has the car towed. I've missed 5 days of work and 2 days of my critical medicine which can land me in hospital being without it. This car has constant problems and I can't get any help from the dealership. I've been promised call backs and assistant with none done or any call backs. This dealership is unworthy and sales bad cars lies about product and durability. Resolution Sought Fix the car and make it right.
