I am not complaining at all about this Kia service department. They always give good service. But I am wanting to know if you might have some idea when we will be getting a window regulator for the driver side back window. It's been about 4 months us driving around with a window that doesn't roll up. We have a 2017 Kia Sorento and it's our 3rd Kia we have purchased from Gay Kia. The service man has ordered the part and it never comes in. Is there anyway your office can help? I really don't like driving around no window. Anyone could get in my car or the rain can ruin the interior. I am not ordering a car, just a part. I have the window covered with plastic but that doesn't guarantee anything. Resolution Sought Get part.
