Bought a phone wasn't what was described it was a s23 plus and was locked I immediately sent this back fedex and was tracked back and delivered and signed for and now there saying they can't find it it was a xfinity s23 plus and locked and I couldn't use on my carrier I have email confirmation it was delivered with same package weight and everything I believe Mr. Hernandez who signed for it must have stolen it or something they keep saying well did u use our return label I told them repeatedly no I was unaware they were sending one electronically it was delivered to exactly same address as on there return label with my info on it Resolution Sought I wanted the phone but either got screwed intentionally by the useless phone on my carrier or by me sending it back I would have liked to keep that phone but I needed one so I got a regular s23 instead through straight talk and I do have proof of this also so I want the return info sent to katapult.com who I have the loan through because now I dnt need it now thanks to them I had to downgrade to a smaller phone screen and less memory so disappointing and so worried I'm getting screwed financiall

I sent in a phone for trade and then changed my mind and decided to cancel the trade. I have not received my trade in back from the company and its been over two weeks with numerous attempts to contact them. Resolution Sought I want the phone back .
