GC pools built my pool. They will not warranty my work and when asked to fix it I was told to fuck off in text message since I mentioned I would report him for not handling the follow through on a build. My pool was completed at the end of June 2023. Resolution Sought Fix my pool equipment and an apology.

Company states; We would like to extend our apology as we have made contact with homeowner to resolve the heater issue, and have not located any technical problems on our end. We have made contact with our equipment warranty station and they agreed to send a technician to further review the issue. Again we want to apologize for any inconvenience this problem has caused, our best interest is keep the customer satisfied. Thanks again, GC Pools, Inc.
