Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. GEHA issued me a checked # 9241322, on 12/21/2018 and sent it to my old address. I never received this check. I have contacted GEHA several times since 12/21/2022 and no one told me I had a check awaiting me. I was rudely told my Ms. Holk, manager at GEHA Customer, I was ineligible for the reissuance of my check because 3 years had passed. I had Covid and was hospitalized for awhile during that 3 year span and I have memory loss due to being a Long Haul Sufferer. Resolution Sought I will like my check to be re-issued to me.

I am trying to remove my wife name from this Health Plan because she has another, My patient account number is 586-K209G3C and my patience ID number is 22543674-0. I have been transferred four (4)times and made no process. Resolution Sought Just remove my wife, from the policy before December 7, 2021, as stated she has another plan.
