This claim was filed on 2/20/2025. The claim was originally denied for no auth. We called on 4/9/2025 and spoke to a Yolanda, reference 25040900046848 who was able to locate an auth for the claim. She stated the entire claim was approved. The claim has been reviewed and reprocessed several times over the course of the past year. At no point in time, did anyone mention the auth not covering the date of service. I spoke to Cathy today, reference 26041700003800 who stated the claim had been denied for no auth, the auth only covering one CPT code. At no point did anyone else tell us this when calling to review claim. Now they are refusing to pay the claim after dealing with them for over a year. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay the claim in full since we have been in contact with them several times over the course of a year.

For the past 4 months and despite numerous phone calls, I haven't been able to access my online account due to a stupid IT error that no one at GEHA seems able to correct. The portal won't allow me access because the phone number they list for sending verification code by texts is my landline, not my cell. Resolution Sought Would like someone at GEHA to change 4 little numbers to the correct ones. Not one customer representative has been able to do so.
