We have been paying for the High Option Family Dental Plan, but the family are NOT actively covered under GEHA. BENEFEDS take the money and say our son Tyler is on the plan and they are not responsible for GEHA. GEHA say it is BENEFEDS. I say it is FRAUD! Tyler was 21 on 02/05/25 and GEHA inactivated him but BENEFEDS continued to take the money. I spoke with Tammi last spring/summer who said he is on the plan - but not true. I spoke with Vanna, Larry, Erina, Iona, Victoria, Erica and Allisa. The dentist will not see him unless he pays cash . ( We are paying $1,560 per annum.)He is now going to be put on the plan five days from 9/11/25. I want a refund and an apology. Please help. Resolution Sought A refund and a written apology from BOTH of the incompetent companies.

Horrible customer service. My claim has not been paid, and I have called several times to pay my daughter bill. I have gone to collection because GEHA will not pay. Also, Website for members does not work kicks me off and has me create an account all over, password I create will not go through. Error popup stating to refresh my page and when doing so it kicks me off and having to start over. This is horrible I have never been treated this way, and I pay into this insurance to be treated as if I should leave, which I am thinking of doing if I am going to get treated poorly. Resolution Sought I would like GEHA pay for my daughter visit on 12/27/24. All other claims were paid in between this visit and before this visit. No reason why this visit is being held up.
