I called GEICO when my insurance went up tremendously. It was to late to me that it went up because of higher medical bills and repairs on cars have went up. On that phone call I told them that would be looking for another insurance company. That was before my renewal. Now, the are trying to get me to pay $544.02. Threatening to report me to the credit bureau. I have found another insurance company since Six months ago. And they are still trying to bill me for services that I told them over the phone that I would no longer need. Resolution Sought To stop contacting me me this bill. And I'm watching my credit report close.

I have been with this company for more than 8 years on August 29 2023 my wife had a car accident and I know that the insurance was supposed to go up but it went from 260 to 506 and even me taking some other benefits off it, it went that high this is the first time in my life that I see a car insurance go up almost 300 because of a claim. Resolution Sought I want them to be fair not to take advantage of their customers and more when I've been with them for more than 8 years with a good record they only supposed to go up a 100 dollars for 3 years like any other car insurance that I know of.

They just call and they didn't do anything about it they just said that the prices went up on the insurance that they give wich I find it unfair that they could play with prices when ever they want and the amount they want wich mean in the next period they could go even hire making it impossible for some people to be able to have there insurance ,,,,but we are just another number for them there's nothing we can do just look for another insurance company.
