Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I acquired solar panels through Gel-Solar, including roofing, installation, and bathroom repair costs. An additional $10,000 was allocated for the roofing and bathroom repairs, which was included in the loan. Sunny Kausre informed me that the funding for the bathroom and roofing projects would be obtained after the solar installation was completed, typically within three to six months, as agreed upon with the roofing/bathroom contractor. Upon reviewing my loan information on my customer portal through Sunnova, it stated that the disbursal date was scheduled for August 2023. I have been maintaining regular contact with Sunny for several months. However, there has been a delay in his response to my calls and text messages, and he has recently blocked my calls. In November 2023, Sunny assured me that the $10,000 check would be mailed out on December 5, 2023. Later, he informed me that the check had not been sent due to an error on his account and would be mailed out on January 5, 2024. When I requested an update on the missing check, he cited postal service delays for non-delivery. Despite my repeated requests, Sunny Kauser has not provided proof of mailing the check, such as a tracking number. I even offered to visit his office to receive the check-in person. It is important to note that although I have not yet received the funds, I am still responsible for paying the $10,000 included in my loan. I have also been made aware of similar behavior exhibited by Sunny. Resolution Sought To give the 10,000 he received from the solar panel loan that should go to the contracts as I'm paying on it.
