I took my vehicle to the person that sold it to me. He told me it had no leaks, but when it did leak I figured no big deal I'll just pay him to fix it. I gave him the vehicle approx. August 23, around October 03 I talked with him he told me take it for a ride for a week see how it runs and we will go from there. I saw the vehicle still leaking oil so I returned the vehicle to him for the repair. October 30 I got the vehicle back again and the vehicle still leaking oil I asked if he would fix it. He tells me there is a six month warranty and to bring it back but by this time I'd think the oil pan should have been replaced. When I researched online it said it takes no longer than one day to replace an oil pan and it 6 to 800 dollars. It says on his business card Henderson Nevada. I found this guy on Facebook Marketplace where he had an ad in June 2022 he sold me the vehicle for $3590.00. Resolution Sought I'm reaching out to either have the oil pan $170.00 replaced or a refund $1000.00

He needs to contact Gabriel 714-343-4796 and go by my rules. He was given a 6 month warranty. It is a 30 year old truck with 240,000 miles. I told him to do exactly what it takes. He has a warranty.
