Director: Mr. Darren: I would like to make a complain against the company named Gemmy Windows Factory Corp. The information for the company. 2050 Durfee Ave. South El Monte, CA 91733- Phone: (626)361-7106. In February, I hired this company to install glass doors and windows including materials and installation fees. The total cost was $7,347.00. On August 20, there was a heavy rain and water seeped into the house. I first asked my handy man to check the problem, he said the Gemmy Windows company overlooked the seal. Mr. Darren agreed that I could hire my handy man to seal & caulking the windows. The amount was $300.00. He did not mail the check to me. I asked him several times, he just ignored me. Then I told him that I was going to make a complain to consumer alliance. He said just go ahead. Please help me to solve this issue. Thank you Resolution Sought Pay me the amount $300.00
