Rob is a thief a liar and has no idea what he is doing!

Rob stole my property never fixed the problem he was hired to fix and charged me $300 cash and refused to give me a receipt. He ignored me until I threatened to report him to the Attorney General. Then he called saying (screaming) that he is not legally obligated to warranty his work and that he is entitled to take my property. Rob engaged in name calling, lying and was very nasty. Rob is refusing to return my property (he claims it was on the ground, my ground so it it trash) but he unbolted it from my property. He pretended to fix the problem and never did anything but steal from me. Don't let him on your property!
