Generac installed a complete solar panel system in my home and it has never worked they have never made any real effort to make the situation right all phone numbers you call or either disconnected or go to a random company that has nothing to do with solar or electricity the system is absolutely worthless does not work will not charge batteries and certainly won't power a house the system wouldn't even power a flashlight if it had to. Their sister company sonova says that A system that doesn't work is not worth opening a work order for we want our money back the solar system gone and our roof repair or we will take them and Sunova to court. Resolution Sought System removed money refunded roof repaired or system working at 100 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year or we will see them in court.

I was just hit by hurricane Ian. I am a quadriplegic homeowner in Cape Coral Florida. As soon as I moved in I had a whole house generac installed through licensed dealers. My unit is approximately 2 years old, only ran during service and biweekly scheduled test runs. Ten hours into Ian my generac quit leaving me vulnerable. I spent 8 days calling generac and having electricians, at my expense, come to fix. 8 days without power with a faulty unit. Generac DID NOTHING BUT GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND. Absolutely no assistance or concern. I spent over 1600.00 of my own money trying to salvage Generac's mistake. After 8 days I finally found an electrician who repaired it. Resolution Sought This unit needs completely replaced and I want reimbursed for my expenses. Shoddy craftsmanship and horrible customer service
