Relocated without giving its customers any notification prior to moving.

General Cleaners that was at 2927 Covington Pike 38128. Relocated without giving its customers any notification prior to moving to Winchester Rd. We had found out only after going there to pick up our clothing. There was no written nor verbal notification saying the y will be moving. They said they called customers after they relocated for them to drive 15 to 30 minutes further depending on traffic. To place visibility signs up when there are changes, Set up e-mail notifications, leave voice message, verbally communicate with customers as they come in to their business , have inspections visible and clean up the bad .smell.
