Customer Complaint

This company was contracted to remodel a small bathroom but failed to deliver satisfactory work and did not finish the job. We had to hire another company to finish his work. Unsatisfactory work included holes in the grout, chipped and peeling paint, sloppy caulking, chipped tile and hot/cold water installed in reverse. Also shower controls are loose. Resolution Sought Refund $69 plus $500 to cover the cost of hiring another company to finish their work.
