Always late or damaged or scammed in some way.

I have just about had it. I see everyone else has problems too. This was my 4th order with them, so I knew what to expect, but this is ridiculous. No emails, no tracking, pay for 3 day shipping and he screws you over every time. Items arrive open, smashed, super late. I have done some checking on this business too with the local police. Seems they know all about him but do nothing about it. Anyone have any ideas? I would never order from him but I was the only place I could find to get parts "supposedly" for my SBACH....what is really worth pursuing here? Surely I cannot be the only person that feels they are entitled to some form of refund for damaged parts and false shipping....I even filed a complaint with USPS, but since he did not actually ship any of my orders that way they wouldn't even look at the case, lol a total joke. Seriously the USPS have a Security Department that clearly states a person cannot offer shipping via USPS and charge for it and ship another way but yet they do nothing when it is discovered.

I was charged twice. When I tried contacting the company it took 10 days for him to respond. He said he would refund my card the second charge and said my order was being shipped. It's been 2 months . I never received my order or my refund for the second charge. After reading all the complaints against Richard Yan of General hobbies online. They go back almost 10 years. This guy is definitely a scammer. I think the attorney general should look into this business. If I did this to someone I would be in jail.
