Part has been on back order for the vehicle for over 30 days my car has been sitting at my dealer ship for over 60 days awaiting a part and has no estimated time frame of when it will be delivered I have only been able to drive the car 2 months after buying brand new on August 24, 2023 a MAJOR safety feature went out while driving at 69 mph down a road lost all control and breaking system of the vehicle with my two children in the vehicle luckly was able to get it to safety without injuries and damages. This is the second vehicle I have bought from General Motors with issues this time the vehicle is BRAND new. I have been dealing with issues with GM for well over a year now and after them getting me into a new vehicle here I sit again without my vehicle. I don't know what the resolution is but this is absolutely absurd and can't believe I'm dealing with this yet again except the ABS system failing and going out could have resulted in a worse out come and I'm still waiting for my part to be delivered and no one has any idea when this will happen. I have dealt with ongoing car issues for over a year and a half now from General Motors two different vehicles. My dealership is doing everything they can but now General motors is not and I'm sick of having to complain and deal with brand new cars breaking down. I haven't even got to put the miles on my car to get a oil change. Resolution Sought Would like a new vehicle without running my credit into the ground like they already have back in August 2023. I want them to make this RIGHT

I bought a new car 2 yrs ago from Robert's and Robertson car dealership in Excelsior Springs, mo. I did all the required maintenance and followed all recall requests. Unfortunately the engine blew and had to be replaced. It's almost impossible for a 2 yrs old car to blow the engine in the time frame. I think certain sensors might have been faulty or I was sold a lemon. It happens. I'm not trying to be completely unreasonable. Just some form of acknowledgement or compensation would be great. I still owe on said vehicle, not to mention replacing the motor. Resolution Sought Either replace said item, refund of all or partial what's owed, some investigating on what actually happened.
