We bought land from Genesis & paid Genesis Construction additional $(300,000) to build our home. Before beginning while measuring, I told them they were doing the wrong measurements & that those we're not my blueprints. They said it was & continued building the home. To make story short, I ended up with no master, no double oven in the kitchen, no additional room for my disabled son to exercise, Genesis took part of the tiny closet he did in my "master bedroom" away from the car garage, ending up with even smaller closet & almost can't fit my car in the garage, in other words they shrank completely my home. There's also issues with kitchen sinkerator, which they installed wrong, the AC Unit was installed in the attic & on which that's out of code, that'll cause many problems in the future including leaking to my bedroom because that's where they installed it, and my son's bedroom doesn't get enough heat when it's cold outside. I have complaint about all these issues to them including the company who installed the ac & the plumbing company, and also can't use my cooking stove because the gas line suburban says it's an illegal line genesis construction installed, & in which they charged $1,000 additional to & in which that was included with the purchase of the stove, and haven't seen any move to come and fix all these issues. Please let us know who we need to additionally contact to fix these problems. Thank you for your help towards these matters. Resolution Sought I want genesis to come and build my master bedroom, the garage, install the ac unit in the garage, not in the attic, install a descent water heater, build my kitchen the way it was supposed to, add the rooms they took out, & fix all the fixtures they haven't that are wrong.

Ms. Figueroa has consistently complained about us not building the correct home. We have in fact built the home she designed according to plans and specs that she approved. Ms. Figueroa had COMPLETE CONTROL of the design of the home and again, we built according to HER approved plan and specs. Ms. Figueroa hired her architectural designer to meet her at the site to verify measurements of the home. She did not advise us that she was doing so. The designer confirmed that was being built did indeed match her floor plan. She also hired legal counsel to represent her with this complaint. Her legal counsel advised her to drop the complaint since there is no validity or evidence of the issues in her complaint. This entire ordeal has cost us time, money and frustration of which we have not sought to be reimbursed by her or anyone. The A/C and the propane gas lines have been constructed according to code and are NOT illegal. All aspects of the construction have been built to code, have been successfully inspected by the local governmental building authority and you have received a Certificate of Occupancy. You do not receive a Certificate of Occupancy if the inspectors find anything out of code. The A/C unit and your gas range are FULLY FUNCTIONAL. We will not build for you an additional bedroom or anything for that matter even if you paid us to do so. Please stop with the empty complaints and slander.

You gave us the incorrect blueprints & you know it. There's plenty of proof of that & matter of that fact is that you could not install my double oven in the kitchen..We can barely walk around the garage, you didn't built my master bedroom & my closet is so tiny & you took part of the garage to built my tiny closet, etc etc etc. So if you charged us to built a home that's what we expect from your company.

The architect's office gave you blueprints to the floor plan that you designed. You had full control over size and placement of each and every room including the garage. You did not add enough space in the kitchen for the double oven and that is why we gave you a refund for the double oven. We built according to your blueprints.
