Genesis Credit Management complaints

I was living in a apartment complex called Westend Apt. for about 4 years until about around 2022 . After about few months later I received a statement letter saying I had some damages. After gone through for a evaluation in the apartment just minor damages after I left when my least was over. My apartment manager name Lourisa asked me to come to the apartment office to work out with a payment agreement which we did. But after my first payment, I couldn't pay for couple months later, but trying to figured out how to cover two months late payment. I made a mistake not calling the office sooner for payment arrangement. When I called the office and tried to work out to cover the two late payment she refused and said your account is no longer with the office and gave me the phone number and said the collection agency has your account called Genesis Credit Management handled by Daniel Caron. When I called this agency, person name Daniel Caron said they don't have my account yet. So I called back Westend apartment manager Lourisa about what exactly Genesis Credit Management Agency told me. I was feeling so upset what was happening. Westend apartment manager Lousisa again, told me they should have it. I called back the Credit Agency speaking again with Mr. Caron and he said he'll call the Westend apartment office and will get back with me. He called back about maybe half and hour later saying he got all my info. and told me to read out my SS numbers. I want to continue deta Resolution Sought I want to finished my payment arrange with Westend Apartment, not sending my personal informations to the corrupt Credit Management Agency pretending to be a collection Agency. This is so upsetting for these people trying to ruining my credit I worked so hard for it. I can't even rent a place because of this corrupt business situation. Again, all do respect, I am having hard time myself dealing with this experienced.
