I was playing slots on an online casino called black lotus. I won and they said I had to do a follow through to be able to cash out any of my winnings. They said $8250.00 before I can cash out anything. So I did. I had a little over $1900. Then they told me I can only withdraw $1000. Then they said they sent it. They never did gave me more excuses and used the bonuses. They still owe me and I've never seen a penny. I've made several different deposits and I never got any of my winnings. I am very upset, it has ruined any fun I would have and messed up a payment for my car to be fixed from a car accident in the ice. Now I cant pay that. Amongst other things it ruined for me. I spent many hours trying to get my money. They like and say yes then Dont. I am beside myself. How can they get away with this. Especially after they have had cases since 2003 that I've seen. What can be done. I'm tired of them stealing from me. Resolution Sought To stop them and get the money they owe me. They shouldn't be able to do this to others
