I purchased a fuel cap and fuel line for a extended run fuel system for my Honda 2800i generator. It does not work properly and after not getting any response from GenXDirect I contacted IPI Industries the manufacturer. They gave me some tips to try but to no avail. The system will not work with my generator. I have sent 3 or more emails to GenX with no response at all. Resolution Sought I would like to return the items and get my money back.
