Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. My car was in a collision 8/17/2024 and insurance paid all the charges. When I picked up my vehicle it was making a noise so I took it back 2 days later, The dealership said to pick the vehicle up that same day and the would bill the insurance . I was not told the amount or to sign anything. Otherwise I did not authorize anything and have not seen a bill as of yet have had my vehicle for aprox 3 weeks but they have called we numerous of times to ask for a payment of $578.00 because insurance was denied. I don't feel like this was a separate incident . The work should have been guaranteed. Resolution Sought They should not charge me. As simple as that . They already have jacked the charges up to the insurance company. My car should be in good working order after being kept for almost half a year. (The insurance co said as much also). They started off billing the insurance for aprox $6600.00 and went to a total of aprox $12,000 kept sending in trumped up charges.
