I was treated very poorly by doctors staff. It all started because I canceled my appointment while I was there because they stated my insurance company was not covering the amount. I was told to reach out, I told them I am canceling looks like I will have too call Dr. Jabaly personally and do my appointment over the phone. I left. Didn't say bye just left. I went to my car and called my insurance she said it was covered. They were lying to me, asked me to go inside so I did. I asked the woman at the counter if she could talk to my insurance agent and she gave my phone to another woman. She rudely interrupted me, while I was saying sorry for not saying bye too the girl at the front desk. I said I'm sorry but I'm not talking too you, I was talking with her trying too apologize she then rudely cut me off, stated I am going too listen too her I stated I do not have too when I was talking with the front desk woman she then stated she was not helping me and hung up with my insurance agent. I asked if I could speak too the doctor she told me no and if I walk in the back (that they allowed me in) she will call 911. I stated give me back my phone before I call 911 on you for not giving me back my property. She sat my phone down on the counter and stated "so I don't have to touch you" and laughed. I called her a evil bitch and stated I was going too the BBB because that is NOT how you handle customers. She stated I am not a customer. I am nothing to dr jabaly. Resolution Sought I would love the business too return my calls. I have left them 3 voicemails regarding this situation for doctor to call me. He has personally before. Also I want her fired. That is NO way to treat a customer. I know multiple people who have stated she is a rude person and that's why they have her do paperwork and not deal with customers!! She needs to be penalized for how she acts and treats medically ill patients. I have serious medical issues she would not allow me to see my doctor.
