There has to be a way to make these businesses held accountable for intentionally stealing from their patrons.

My complaint is that Ga diner uses these apps to deliver and they refuse to send your food you pay for, then they have attitude, but you get no resolution because they blame the app. If they are doing this to everyone, then Ga Diner, is actually stealing from its consumers. It's happened to me more than once and all they have to say is their not responsible.
