I hired them to install a septic drain field line in my back yard after meeting with Mr Edward and sharing the information about what was going on with my system. Upon his suggestion we agreed for him to redo my field line and I hired him to complete the job. On 04-12 2023 they started the job and completed it on 4-14-2023 well on Jan 9 2024 this month the system has failed me twice . My home was flooded both times and I have tried to work with the owner Mr Keith Edward., but as of today he still has failed to resolve the problem. I would like to know what is my options to get this taken care of in a timely manner. I can't afford to pay anyone else to come in and do the job over because of financial reasons. I just want him to resolve this situation. Resolution Sought For Mr Keith to either solve the problem of give me my money back so that I can hire someone else to fix the issue.
