My name is Roger and my wife and two daughters live in Texas and there was a hail storm here where we live back in 9/24/2023 Sunday evening when my wife and I returned from another town and came up to our 2023 Toyota 4Runner very badly damaged from the hail storm, so I called in a claim to my insurance company progressive's insurance and they are horrible company to deal with the next day they gave me a headache over our rental that took me two days to get that messed cleared up my wife and I had a appointment with a body shop out of three that progressive's insurance recommended to get it repaired because there on there list of body shops that stand behind once your vehicle is repairs and the Gerber & Collision and glass repair shop is located in Pflugerville Texas we had a appointment for the first claim that someone rear ended our 4RUNNER back late August of this year on the 9/26/23 but because of the hail storm damage I brought it in on Monday 9/25/2023, but they had told me they didn't do hail damage and they would only fix the rear end damage and that this story goes on and on with this mess the vehicle has been there for three months and they have done more damage to this vehicle, call me please about this mess my wife and I don't even want this junk back but my stupid auto insurance company and this messed up body shop decided to fix everything without our say and progressive's Resolution Sought We don't want this junk back we want our insurance company to total it so we could get a new one and not pay this messed up body shop a dime.
