Consumer states your company is not honoring the original date she purchased the policy. Consumer has a couple policies with your company. Two of the policies she obtain over the phone. The first policy was purchased in 2021 and the other policy in 2022 so they are 4 and 3 year old account however she is not told that they are both less than three years old. Every time she calls she tried to speak to someone and only reaches automated machines, and when she wants to speak to someone she is told to leave a message. Consumer wants someone to contact her and provide her with the correct date she opened these polices. Policy #83819506 and #88966190 Resolution Sought Consumer wants someone to contact her and provide her with the correct date she opened these polices.

We purchased this insurance when our daughter was a baby. Now that she wants to cancel and receive the cash value as the policy is not needed, she is getting the "run around" by representatives. They keep asking for the same information over and over and she does provide that information. When she follows up, they ask for more information or they try to talk her in to keeping the policy. She has been unable to cash in the no longer needed policy. This has been going on since October. Each day this goes by unresolved the cash value decreases. Resolution Sought Provide our daughter with the cash value of the insurance policy when she originally reached out.
